• What is email only hosting?

  Email only hosting is a great option if you have your website running on SaaS products like Shopify, BigCommerce or SquareSpace and need branded emails for your business. This option allows you store your emails on a server and connect via IMAP to sync your emails across multiple devices.

• How do I transfer my emails?

  Once you have set up your email hosting account then you will be able to create and configure your email addresses. We suggest that you backup your emails locally to your computer, then once the new account is configured than you can drag the folders or individual emails into your new email account. Once complete then you may choose to remove your old account.

  Please note: It is extremely important that you have a backup of your old emails in case something goes wrong when moving emails from one account to the other.

• How do I setup my emails?

  Once you have purchased an email hosting package and your domain name is pointing to our servers correctly then you can create your email address and password. Once this is complete you will have an option "Set up mail client" which will contain all the details needed to add the new email address to your email program.
